I’ve spent my career building systems designed to help us see what comes next. What began as a predictive model for medical distribution eventually became something much larger, an AI system capable of identifying patterns tied to natural disasters, resource shortages, and other large-scale risks.

I was removed from the program before I believed that system had been properly tested. Since then, I’ve watched the conversation around artificial intelligence move faster than our ability to govern it.

That’s why I’m here. To talk about what we’re building, what we’re asking machines to do, and the difference between protecting humanity… and protecting human beings.
